Not what was shown

Honestly, pretty disappointing. The item I received looked quite different from the listing, and it wasn't the version I thought I was buying. The description gave me a clear picture, but what arrived didn't match it; even the size and whether it could be used as expected felt off. That left me unsure what I'd actually paid for, rather than pleased with the purchase. I wish the listing had been clearer about the differences. I wouldn't have chosen it if I'd known the item would be so unlike the one shown.

Too much to verify

The order was canceled after they asked for ID and card details, then couldn't complete a call. That verification process felt far too intrusive.

Order never arrived

I paid for an order, but it never arrived and I received no useful response. I had to involve my bank, which made the experience feel unsafe.

I’d give less than 1 if I could

I’d give less than 1 if I could. My wife ordered 2 items. Never got a confirmation, shipping or a response. I had to call the bank and get my card shut off and a refund through the bank. Garbage service and company.

Well I ordered the Jeanine Bottle and…

Well I ordered the Jeanine Bottle and its looks nothing like the one advertised. You have a lady on face book stating that she put the mum and dads ashes in it when they died. Well I don't know how she did that as mine is not hollow to put anything in it, and also not big enough. It looks totally different to hers as well so I think I just got the cheaper version and I am very upset.

It's a scam, trust me

I bought it and had to contact support. After send photos of the transaction, my Driver's license and the last four of my card, they wanted to call me. Gave them my number and country and since they couldn't call me, cancelled my order. Hope the refund is speedy or I'm filing a charge back. The fact that they need all this is a red flag, but you don't know until after you purchase. This is ridiculous.....

Some of the older/ not-popular games…

Some of the older/ not-popular games have no more stock. Basically all that needed is to update those games that have stock and those that don't. Still, Surprised by active costumer service.

They ask for pictures of your ID and…

They ask for pictures of your ID and credit card to "verify" your identity. When I provided altered/blurred pics via a link that locked the doc to view only and no download. They then had me send a picture of myself holding my ID, which I was very careful to cover up anything important with my hand/fingers. They then denied me as they said they didn't believe someone my age (I'm almost 50) was playing a video game and refunded the money. Sounds pretty sketchy to me. If it were a younger person/kid, they'd probably send their info without being careful. I'd give them no stars if I could and I'll report them to the BBB!
