The ID photo request

A request for a photo of my ID after payment was the point where this stopped feeling like a normal purchase... I wasn't comfortable sharing personal information just to complete an order. I asked for the items or my money back, but the conversation kept circling around sending the photo, so I took the issue to the payment provider. The whole thing left me uneasy, especially after payment had already gone through. After that, I couldn't feel comfortable going ahead.

Buyer Beware of ASDGAMES

Needed to get some extra Astral Diamonds, they keep spamming in trade chat that they have them at a low price. So I decided to give them a try. Went to their website and contacted them via live chat, spoke to someone named Wylder. Who was ever the sales man and stated I would get the items quickly. Placed the order through Paypal, surprised that the company site is not in the US but rather from China, and went back to chat with transaction number. Took 10 minutes for them to respond with generic messages, then I was told I needed to send them a clear copy of me holding my passport or Driver's License for them to prove my identity. Wait that sounds odd and strange that I just went through a verifiable site like paypal to make the purchase. Said I was not comfortable with doing that and there is no reason they would need such information. I even asked paypal if this is a normal requirement, to which they stated no, that it could be a possible way to gather your information to commit fraud and they would never have a seller request such information, that is why they provide insurance to the seller and have the buyer be verified. Told the seller this and for another 30 minutes of either generic responses of i'm typing to, are you there, said "Bro, they would give me an extra 5% of diamonds if I just send the id as well" Well now that sounds even more shady, bro.. and begging for the id picture. I requested a refund to which they took another 30 minutes to respond that they would give discount send picture. I stated that I wasn't as I am a verified member through paypal and knowing my information was susceptible to fraud would not send such information. The seller went as far as to keep sending generic responses and when I stated I would file a complaint with Paypal they tried to get me to send in a photo by giving an extra 5% for free. Again I stated this was not something that one should do and I wanted the items sent or a full refund. I was finally given a response that their "leader" will give a refund. I don't trust their "Leader" so I filed a claim with paypal directly. Please make sure when doing any on-line transaction you C.Y.A. yourself. Take screenshots of prices, of chat logs, email confirmations, etc. AND NEVER send any PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANY COMPANY or Person that goes beyond the scope of doing business!

make a couple purchases 10 HOURS ago…

make a couple purchases 10 HOURS ago recieved and email 2 hours ago saying my order was ready and to respond in live chat to recieve it.IVE BEEN SITTING INLIVE CHAT SUPPORT SINCE I MADE THE PURCHASES!! how can it be called 24/7 support when knowone is on it to give support it baffles the mind giving it 2 more hous and i am getting refunds on purchases.

Told it would be 15 minute then after I paid was told they didn't have product and to come back tomorrow. I asked them to return money but they just ignored me and left me on hold.
