Pretty upsetting... the game currency showed up, then disappeared from my account later. I contacted support expecting help getting it back, but the replies stopped. I was left without what I paid for and no clear way to sort it out, which made the whole experience feel like a bad gamble. 😕
A game-account ban after a refund request. NOT a risk I wanted to take.
Really uneasy about this purchase. After payment, the seller asked for photos of personal ID and a credit card, which felt far beyond what was needed. Another order described goods never arriving and support going quiet. That combination left me feeling this wasnt safe to use, even before any account issue appeared.
SCAM!! The sellers loaded mange times on my gaming account, then the loader requested a refund on he’s purchasing platform. Witch result in a ban on my account and was required to pay the money back to get the account open again. Scam!! Don’t ever use them!
This site is a scam! Don’t try purchase anything! I made and order and was in direct contact with seller, once my payment got tough I was ask to send pictures off personal id and credit card!!
I ordered and paid for rubies for my Doa acct on Friday. Today is Wednesday and I still have not received them. I live chatted with a rep once on Sunday and she stated it could take up to 2 days. So I waited. I emailed the company from the info on my paypal and never received a message. I attempted to live chat them again but I had to leave a message because not reps where available. I never heard back from them. I just tried to live chat but the person never spoke back. I'm very disappointed!
Just to make everyone aware, don't purchase anything from TOPVIPGOLD, we play KOC and purchased gems from this site, give them there due they delivered with 4 hours. But 24 hours later they removed all the gems from my account, at the start when I contacted them, they said they would do everything possible to return the missing gems and promised to have them back in my account within 24 hours, but as the days went on, they wouldn't reply to my mails or even talk on the live chat. Lucky I paid with PayPal or I guess my credit card would have probably been wiped out too. Note I was not the only one from KOC that this happened to within the last week PLEASE DON'T USE TOPVIPGOLD

This company asks me for my credit card and photo id on a photo even thought I used paypal as the payment option!? isnt the reason people use paypal is because its secure and witholds personal stuff from the company you are buying from?? This company refused to give me my gold and said they would "refund". Their "boss" is to busy to make a decision on whether to do the refund or give me my gold.. So now my money is lost in paypal dispute limbo... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY.
I bought gold for Eden Eternal back in October 2013. I asked before I paid if they were in stock and if they were online. They told me yes and yes. So I paid. As soon as I paid I was told that they had gone offline. I bugged them everyday for either my gold or a refund, and the online reps always told me they would refund me when the boss is in. UPDATE: THERE IS NO BOSS. So I tried to go through PayPal for a refund. They shut me down because they do not refund virtual goods. It is now a couple days shy of July 2014 and now when I try to contact them, they just ignore me completely. I have not gotten my money back, nor my gold. Please go with someone more secure like MMOOK. These rates are a rip off anyway.
