No balance to withdraw
Really frustrating to sell accounts and then find no balance available when trying to withdraw. I tried to get help through support, but got no responce, so there was no clear way to sort it out. That left me uneasy about whether a sale had actually led anywhere. A marketplace can be simple to use, but that matters little if the balance is missing and nobody answers when you ask for help. I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting the withdrawal process after that. It was a pretty discouraging end to the experience.
