Looking at 51 reviews, opinions about the overall experience are mixed, with ratings sharply divided. Many reviewers praise quick delivery, with some saying digital codes arrived within minutes and worked as expected. Customers also appreciate competitive prices and a straightforward ordering process, including clear pricing and an easy-to-navigate website....
However, many customers report orders that were delayed or never arrived, and some describe receiving invalid keys or products that did not match what they expected. Reviewers also frequently say support was difficult to reach, with refund or replacement requests left unresolved. Some customers were uncomfortable when asked to provide identity documents during order verification.

The prices were clear before checkout, and I found my way around the site without much effort. The game was in my Steam app a few minutes after buying... I was cautious about ordering a key online, but this felt straightforward, and the code worked as expected. Nice not to have to guess how to use it.
The purchase finished with the code ready to use, and the instructions were clear enough that I didn't have to guess my way through redeeming it. The site was easy to get around too. A straightforward experience that let me get on with the game without extra fuss.
Such a relief 🙂 The code showed up quickly, and it went into the game app without a fuss. I was wary of buying from a key site, but this worked out well.
First time ever using MMOGA and was very, very happy with the results. You're normally a wee bit dubious about using this type of site as, you hear some horror stories about online discount game key sellers. However, I'm so,so happy that I decided to give this site a go after a wee bit of research and I can't praise them highly enough. I had my Steam game installed in the Steam app within a few minutes of my purchase.👏👏👏
I paid for a digital product but did not receive it within the expected time, and I could not get a useful response from support. The online help appeared unavailable, while my emails went unanswered. I have also seen the process become complicated by requests for identity documents, which made me uncomfortable. In my experience, the lack of communication was the biggest problem because I had no clear update or dependable resolution. Although some purchases may arrive quickly, my order experience was frustrating enough that I would not use this service again.
Made an order received nothing, support doesn’t exist either thankfully it didn’t cost a lot but still just don’t use mmoga seriously. Small edit: Strangely enough after leaving a bad review the key was suddenly sent to me & works. My point stands don’t use these took a long time to get the key some probably don’t even get that much.
Good luck trying to get hold of them when they mess up a order there customer service is non existing
Got the gold within 24 hours as stated. Great company to use.
