A frustrating support exchange. The replies weren't easy to follow, and the chat ended while I was still trying to respond. With an unexpected charge already on my mind, I was left without a clear answer about what would happen next. I shouldn't have had to piece things together while worrying about the payment.
The cancellation seemed pointless when another payment appeared afterward; I couldnt make sense of it.
Charges kept appearing even after I cancelled, and I couldn't find a way to stop them. Really frustrating.
I was shocked to find out that this provider, who I had never heard of before, simply charged 57.95 euros per month from my credit card account. I immediately reported this and blocked my card. I hope that I will see the money again someday. Always watch your payment record, these scammers will find a way!

Stay away from them at any cost!!! Even after sign up for "FREE" 5 day trial I've noticed written in small letters that after 5 days "FREE" trial will follow monthly payments of £50 and I've cancelled my subscription and my account straight away and after 7 days £50 was debited by them from by bank account..!!! Contacting my bank to get a refund by unlawful charge by mediazooms.com and worn others about this SCAM.
I don't know who you are or why you ha e taken money out of my bank without my permission I want my money back and I will get it one way or another I ha e reported you to the fraudulent team and they are going to investigate you !!!!!!!!!!! Your robbing people and its wrong!!!!!!!!!
