Ugh, asking for help after the game started acting up got me nowhere. A reply that actually fixes the problem shouldn't be this hard.

So frustrating

So frustrating when a glitch knocks the game out and asking for help gets nowhere. I don't mind a tricky level, but being left without a useful reply makes the whole thing feel like a chore rather than a break. I just wanted the problem sorted.

Reward ads, again...

Reward ads that freeze or kick me to a webpage... then I’m back at the start and lose progress. Such a pain for something meant to be a quick break.

I have messaged King.com over and over…

I have messaged King.com over and over again about adverts going to their website when the advert has finished. It gets resolved for a few days but goes back to their website. I do not pay for extra moves etc as it's just a game to me. I'm going to stop playing if it carries on.

Played for 2 days…spent a small fortune. All the game did was glitch/freeze/randomly shut down. Support is non existent AND I had to literally “request” for my account to be deleted & wait for king to get back to me!!!!

Auf der Seite steht try man kann den Prompt eingeben und einstellungen vornehmen aber drückt man auf generieren wird eine Anmeldung verlangt, was eine Täuschung darstellt und ins kriminelle hineingeht, solche unehrliche Seiten sollte man meiden. Entweder man macht die Anmeldeoption zu beginn oder bietet keinen Free Modus an. Aber sowas ist schäbig und zeugt von einem miesen Character der Betreiber

reported scam adverts on 3 ocasions every time I get a generic email asking for more details followed by a generic email - we havnt recieved anything followed by a generic- we have closed your ticket they will not take any resopsibility for the very obviously fake slimming pills etc reported to ASA , as KIng have no intention of stopping . profit is so much more important - how sad is that

Lost level 2956 due to a glitch. Ticket #16569811 sent on 09/05/2025 with my User ID: U$kosSbtd!_5Hem. They asked for my User ID, I sent it immediately. It's 19/05/2025 and I have received ZERO reply for 10 days. King Support ignores paying players. Fix this or give my progress back.
