Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were dissatisfied with the overall experience. A few reviewers say their orders eventually arrived, sometimes after a delay, so delivery did work for some customers. These positive accounts are rare compared with reports of problems....
Many reviewers say purchased coins, points, or accounts did not arrive, were incomplete, or could not be accessed. Some also report losing coins, players, or access to game accounts after providing login details or receiving a delivery. Complaints frequently describe slow or unhelpful support and difficulty obtaining refunds.

Left waiting with no coins. I contacted support more than once, but the replies didn't resolve the issue or give me confidence it would be put right. I ended up spending time chasing an answer instead of playing, and the whole purchase felt like a frustrating gamble 😕.
The coins appeared, then vanished from my account. Support didn't sort it out, and the whole purchase left me frustrated.
Payment went through, but nothing arrived and the replies never solved the problem.
fu*** ing scam and liers. I asked if they have quantity before i buy and then they tell me they cant login and they also can not refund my 30€. never buy here i will never see my money again
Scammers, they use stolen credit cards and will get your account banned.
I ordered £10 worth of coins and all they have its bots answering and when you ask for a refund they say only there boss does it wich is a lie so this company is a big scam never buy off them at all.
Need my coins now please!
Purchased coins and listed up player correctly, the company then failed to deliver the product. Having consulted customer service, and spent 15 mins trying to resolve a simple problem, the employee then bought the incorrect player, and refused to buy the one I had listed, leaving me with no coins and an angry temper as I had lost my money. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
THEY R SCAMMERS AND NOW I AM WORRIED THEY CAN TAKE LOADS OF MONEY AS I GAVE CREDIT CARD DETAILS
SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY FROM IGSKY ! My son didn't receive his fifa coins after a week of these scumbags ignoring my requests, so I contacted my banks' dispute team & luckily was able to get a full refund. I wouldnt touch igsky again with someone elses barge-pole. I wish I'd read the reviews on here before buying. If there was an option for minus stars then igsky would get -10
