Outstanding customer support expertise and response time
The support on their end is outstanding, it's a breath of fresh air to have customer support not only treat me with the utmost courtesy but also commit to solving the problem to great lengths even when it's outside their direct jurisdiction. The response times I was getting were on order of a minute which is genuinely outstanding. I cannot recommend their services enough, this is the gold standard for what a hosting service provider should aim to be.

Not my first time and definitely not…
Not my first time and definitely not the last I've used their servers before and it was amazing nearly any lags compared to other servers (on GTNH btw) but what's truly amazing about them is the customer service the response time and the solution they helped me with a problem I had immediately I waited like 1 minute for a response and we began fixing the issue. Recommended 100%

Ich bin schon seit einiger Zeit Kunde bei Hypeserv und bin durchweg zufrieden. Die Performance und Zuverlässigkeit stimmen, aber was Hypeserv wirklich auszeichnet, ist der Support. Besonders Lucas hat mir bei meiner letzten Anfrage schnell, kompetent und richtig freundlich weitergeholfen – man merkt, dass da echtes Interesse dahintersteckt, dem Kunden zu helfen, statt nur ein Ticket abzuarbeiten. Genau so wünscht man sich Kundenservice bei einem Hoster. Klare Empfehlung!

the product is just fine, i mean they are servers and they work. the best part is support team, it's already the second time that i open a ticket and they answer and SOLVE within minutes.! very very good, never seen something like this!!

Experience with Hypeserv (PvP Server)
Mini update for anyone interested. I managed to create a small community on a minecraft server (Lifesteal SMP), running on Hypeserv. We managed to have 30+ concurrent active players playing without any issues and lag spikes. The server was running optimized purpur with some pvp plugins, and the overall experience was awesome! I had to step back as admin of the server because of some communication issues with the owner, but overall I've had a great experience with Hypeserv, their website is actually functional (unlike other providers which I'm not going to name), and their hardware is good and fast. I just want to say, Thank you Hypeserv ! (by the way its not an ad, it genuinly is good :P)
