A purchase left hanging

A purchase left hanging. The coins never arrived, and I couldn't get a useful response when I tried to find out what was happening. It went from waiting to wondering whether anyone had seen my messages. What made it worse was having no clear next step, especially with the order still unresolved. I expected a basic update or some help sorting it out, but neither came through. It's FRUSTRATING to chase around just to learn whether anything is being done. Hard to recommend a purchase when delivery and support both leave you stuck.

42 Days Late – Jerseys Arrived After the World Cup

I purchased these jerseys on June 7 for the World Cup, and they arrived 42 days later, after the tournament had already ended. They completely lost their purpose. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly told that my case was being reviewed and that a refund might be possible, but nothing ever happened. Instead, the issue was simply dragged out until the jerseys were finally delivered. The only “solution” offered was a 50% discount code for a future purchase. They never offered a refund, not even a partial one. A company that truly values its customers provides real solutions, not discounts to persuade them to buy again. I will never purchase from this company again, and I do not recommend it.

Fut Latino is a scam middle

Fut Latino is a scam middle Man. All the do is pose like a business. They take your money and just order your jersey from China for like 10 bucks. Ordered my jersey 4 weeks ago. Hasn’t arrived, checked shipping it’s coming from China. Don’t buy off these scammers they are not upfront about their business 10 days would be understandable. But 4 weeks and still not here ?
