A refund that dragged on... Both purchases hit a snag, and neither could be completed. I did get the money back in the end, but only after weeks of chasing them. That was the part that made this a one-star experience; sorting out a failed order shouldn't take that much effort.

For some reason they said I needed to correct some imformation about my delivery. Live chat would't respond so I emailed them. One and a half days later still no response...I've asked for a refund and now just waiting for anyone to reply...
Horrible experience. I bought of them twice, both times order was unable to be fulfiled. I did receive a refund for both purchases, but it took over 3 weeks to money back, after constantly hassling they finally cancelled and refund my order. I DO NOT recommend this website at all, especially individuals with limited patience.
