They got my account banned recently

They got my account banned recently. I reached out to their customer care and they asked me to forward the ban email. Apparently that was not enough and wanted to login and check by themselves. I clearly said no as i didn’t want any more bans on my account. I even shared a screenshot of the ban. But they want to log in by themselves. They won’t entertain any other way to get verified. All i was looking for was a new account without ban, wasn’t even asking for a refund. Terrible service. Do not use their services if you don’t want to get banned. Dont fall for them. And their customer service wont have any empathy for you. Their positive reviews are all AI generated. Take them with a pinch of salt.
