Frustrating reseller experience

Really frustrating to have money sitting in a reseller balance that I couldn't use, with no clear answer about when it would be sorted. I followed up, but getting useful communication was difficult, which made the whole issue feel worse. The reseller setup may be convenient when it works, but being left unsure about access to the funds is a serious drawback for me. I expected better help when something went wrong, and this experience has made it hard to feel confident using the service.

THIS RESELLING PROGRAM IS A SCAM!

I deposited funds to use their reseller program, but after the deposit I was unable to use the balance for purchases. I was told that the issue was related to their provider having insufficient balance. I have followed up multiple times, but after almost five days, the balance is still unusable. What is frustrating is that communication has been difficult, and I have not received a clear timeframe for when the issue will be resolved. For a reseller program that requires customers to deposit funds in advance, I expected more responsive customer support and clearer communication when problems occur. I hope they resolve the issue and improve their customer support, because having funds deposited but being unable to use them for several days is a serious concern for a reseller.
