The account was locked after the credits purchase... and support didn't make the situation any easier. Not a risk I'd take again.

marked complete while i was away

coins were marked complete while i was asleep, and the notice said i had just a short time to use them. there was no warning beforehand, which left me feeling caught out rather than pleased to receive anything. i expected a chance to check the delivery first, and that kind of timing is a real problem for me.

No order, no clear answer

The purchase never showed up, and getting an answer was almost as frustrating as waiting. Messages to support went unanswered or took ages, so I had no clear idea what was happening or whether anything was being done. I ended up feeling stuck, with no useful update to go on. I wouldn't risk another order after that.

I did not receive my order

I did not receive my order, it has been 4 days since I purchased and they say they completed it while I was asleep and that I had 30minutes to use the coins. I was never warned of any of this...

I'm unhappy with the service provided to me.. I made an-honest mistake.. Didn't even receive my purchase..yet they insisted I should be charged for a simple order mistake.. sad sad..I felt cheated..

AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT order suppose to finish in 48 hours max and its been 5 days and i never got my order, their customer support is just on another level you ask a question either he answers you after 20 mins or doesn't answer at all so you gotta end the chat and re do one and wait 20 mins to answer, I've been a chat for 40 mins and all i asked is 2 questions, DO NOT BUY R6 CREDITS FROM THIS $H*T F*CKI*G WEBSITE AND I WILL CONTACT MY BANK TO GET A REFUND once again AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT 24/7 MY ASS if i get a bot he'll solve my issue

Also der Service ist der aller letzte Dreck. Ich warte schon über einen Monat auf meine Bestellung. Ich wollte schon so oft mein Geld zurück anfordern, aber dem Service gefällt es nicht und Sie versuchen mich die ganze Zeit Auf die Bestellung zu warten. Am Schluss hab ich einen Account bekommen, den man kostenlos erstellen kann mit nicht drauf. Geld zurück geht dem Service auf keinen Fall. Da gehen einfach Stress, Geld und verschwendete Lebenszeit für den schlimmsten Scam/Betrug vorüber.

This is a fraud!!!

This is a fraud, a scam, they told me they could sell game credit, then customer service will ask for personal information such as icloud account information and then after two weeks or so they will tell you they can't deliver. Then they will tell you they can't refund the whole amount to you because they have to charge a service charge. AVOID this website, it is a fraud!!!
