Very slow service

Very slow service I tried to buy some diamonds from the website but after I paid for the diamonds the diamonds have not arrived so I messaged the support number but they say the item is not available but when I paid the item was available and even now the item is showing available so I asked for a refund but the customer support just ignores my messages and it has been days still no diamonds Or refund Ps.
