Хотел купить Polygon Gift Card 5 USD. Оплата напрямую по СПБ не загружалась, поэтому я решил пополнить баланс сайта на 422 ₽ и оплатить с него. И только после пополнения выяснилось, что с баланса этот товар купить нельзя: при оплате выскакивает «Способ оплаты недоступен для этой категории товара». Заранее об этом нигде не предупреждают, ни при пополнении, ни в корзине. Обратился в поддержку, и там меня по сути послали: бот выдал шаблон про то, что «мы не можем заранее знать, для какой покупки вы пополняете баланс», на прямой вопрос «что мне делать?» ответа не дали, предложили потратить деньги на другие товары, которые мне не нужны. Проблему не решили, возврат не предложили. Деньги зависли на балансе, который для моей покупки бесполезен. Пользоваться сервисом больше не буду, не рекомендую. I wanted to buy a Polygon Gift Card 5 USD. Paying directly via SBP wouldn't load, so I decided to top up the site balance with 422 RUB and pay from it. Only after the top-up did it turn out that this product can't be bought with the site balance: at checkout it says "Payment method is unavailable for this product category." There is no warning about this anywhere, neither when topping up nor in the cart. I contacted support and was basically brushed off: the bot sent a canned reply saying "we can't know in advance what purchase a user is topping up for," ignored my direct question "what should I do?", and suggested spending the money on other products I don't need. The problem wasn't solved and no refund was offered. My money is stuck on a balance that's useless for my purchase. I won't use this service again and don't recommend it.

I bought a Fansly top-up card on Key…

I bought a Fansly top-up card on Key for Gamers. It turned out that they did not sell me a direct Fansly top-up, but a product for the Rewarble website. After activation, I found out that Rewarble does not even offer an option to top up Fansly. So I bought the product specifically to add funds to Fansly, but I cannot actually use it for that purpose. I contacted Key for Gamers support, but instead of solving the problem, they basically told me to deal with Rewarble myself. The obvious question is: why sell a product as a way to top up Fansly if the customer cannot actually receive that service after purchasing it? As a result, my money is now stuck on my Rewarble balance. I cannot use it to top up Fansly, and I also cannot withdraw the money back. I paid for a specific service and ended up with a useless balance on a third-party platform. The seller’s support did not resolve the issue. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend buying similar top-up cards here unless you verify in advance that the advertised service can actually be topped up.

Horrible support and absolute customer disregard / Avoid seller "Easy-key"

I bought a game key on this marketplace, but it couldn't be activated due to regional restrictions (my Steam region is Georgia, while the key was labeled as RU/CIS). I contacted the support and was initially asked to provide full-screen uncropped screenshots of my account, activation history, and the error. I prepared everything and was fully ready to cooperate.However, the seller "Easy-key" simply ignored the evidence, refused to help, and closed the dispute, stating that no refunds are possible because the key was already delivered. I had to create a completely separate account just to not lose my money and activate the game there.The marketplace does not protect buyers at all and allows its sellers to treat customers with complete disrespect. I will never use this service again and strongly advise everyone to avoid it.

Sells duplicated keys

The key was duplicated, doesn't work (activated elsewhere), seller ("Go2Play") reads the messages, but doesn't respond, no key replacement and no refund from his side.
