Honestly, the setup was clear

Honestly, the clear setup was a relief. The order steps made sense, and the key activated without a snag, so I didn't have to chase support just to get started. The price was appealing too, though the handoff wasn't quite instant; I'd leave a little breathing room rather than expect to be playing right away. Once the code arrived, everything worked as it should. The instructions felt plain enough to follow, which kept the whole purchase from becoming a project. For me, easy activation made it feel worth it.

Refund, but a dud key

The key didn't work, but the refund came through; getting it had already taken longer than expected. A mixed result for me 😕

Late code, low price

The code showed up after a long wait, which took the shine off the bargain. The low price was appealing, but delivery took about two days and felt much slower than expected. Email updates were not especially reassuring, and getting a clear answer seemed harder than it should have been. The purchase itself was straightforward once the code arrived, so this landed in the middle for me rather than being a total loss. Fine for a patient buyer, not ideal when the key is needed right away.

FAIL dl'd over 40 gig and still didnt work.. ftp failed... game failed... support team failed... paypal claim got me my money back

Poor customer service. Game never turned up

Do not buy more than one game from them or they will think that you are a "HACKER!!!" so will want you to send them a picture of a driving license/passport to confirm you are who you say you are. I found that out 5 hours after buying my second copy of BF4 but this one was for a friend. Horrible customer service and they don't even know English that well "Sorry we had refunded you.", "We had cancelled your order as your request.". This is what they sent me 3 hours after buying the game after I asked why they haven't sent it. "Would you please confirm why you bought two same games in rencent days?". Overall I am very disappointed and will never use again. I have bought 3 games from them in total and all have turned up many hours later apart from the last BF4. Don't let the cheap prices tempt you, they are poop and take forever to arrive.

Frustrating customer service

Bought a key. Key was already used. Had to send screenshots of activation, Steam library and inventory. No problem. Customer service answers fast and after 3 mails my ticket was moved to the refund department. Then the trouble started. They said the key was region locked wich was nowhere to be read on the site. They mailed that I would have to wait for my money until the key worked with another client. When I pointed out that my key had been already used, so it probably wouldn't work for anyone there was no answer. After two weeks of waiting I sent another message. Now everything started from the beginning with a request for screenshots. After copypasting the previous mails and adding the already sent screenshots I requested swift service and got some quite arrogant replies where they stated my key was add-on content needing a base game. I knew for a fact this wasn't so. After -again- a reply I got another request to send the screenshots again. When I was still considering my next step I got another mail that stated my money was finally refunded. Finally. Tl:Dr> Key didn't work. Endless mails. Customer service doesn't read previous mails. Great frustration and arrogant replies. Condescending suggestions that you don't understand how it works. Don't buy here unless you have Shaolin patience and frustration is not in your dictionary.

item was not in stock, refunded and apologize from team

I ordered a key on their website. the item was not in stock anymore but the website refunded without any problem and they apologised for the fact the item was out of stock.

Avoid!!

Honestly just avoid - they sell keys with no mention of restrictions then when you get your key it only works in Ukraine! They real;y should show this before you order - a waste of money now!
