A replacement that helped

Really glad this has worked out well for me over several purchases. One software key stopped working after a short time, but the seller replaced it without charging me, and the other purchases have been fine. I appreciated not having to pay again to sort that one out.

Kinguin, la chiave positiva del digitale

Attualmente è da alcuni anni ho avuto dei servizi (alme 10) tramite kinguin e sempre andati bene. Solo una volta un problema a una key di avast premium, ha funzionato solo per pochi giorni, ma l’utente ha rimandato, senza spese, un’altra. Ancora acquisto il rinnovo di avast da quel utente tutto perfetto

Support is holding my refund after officially promising it!

I purchased an Office 2021 key for 24.85 EUR, which turned out to be completely invalid and non-existent according to Microsoft. After opening a ticket and providing full uncropped screenshots, support agent Patti officially offered me a full refund to my Kinguin Balance. I accepted immediately. However, instead of paying me, they have been ignoring my messages and their automated system is now trying to close my ticket. This is borderline fraud. I am currently initiating a chargeback through my bank. Order ID: T8138252D552

Leider ist anscheinend selbst Paypal handlungsunfähig gegenüber diesen KRIMINELLEN. Zwar wurde ein Fall eröffnet, aber nachdem sich (Fake-) Kinguin nicht gemeldet hat, wurde der Betrag doch wieder gefordert. Mein Enkel hat sich einen Key/ Account für FC27 gekauft, der aber nieee funktionierte. Rückfragen bei Kinguin liefen in's Leere. - Der "Verkäufer" lacht sich wohl in's Fäustchen. Kinguin steht bei uns jetzt auf der "ROTEN LISTE"!

Ich habe das DLC für DOOM The Dark Ages für die falsche Platform bekommen...

Ich habe das DLC für DOOM The Dark Ages für battle.net bekommen, obwohl steam angegeben war. Da ich das Spiel bei Steam habe, kann ich das DLC nicht nutzen, was ich Kinguin mitgeteilt habe. Leider scheinen die nicht gewillt zu sein mir den Betrag zu erstatten, deswegen will ich sagen seid vorsichtig, ob ihr auch das Spiel für die Platform bekommt, die ihr wollt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Kinguin.
