Do reviewers find Kahoot easy to use for creating quizzes?

Some reviewers say the layout is clear and intuitive, and that making a quiz or adding chapter questions feels straightforward. One reviewer had difficulty finding a saved draft, so experiences with managing work are not uniformly positive.

How do reviewers describe Kahoot for teaching and learning?

Many positive reviewers say quizzes make lessons more interactive and enjoyable, and help students review or assess what they have learned. Some also use the quizzes for group activities beyond classroom lessons.

Are the free features enough for reviewers?

Experiences differ. Some reviewers like the free plan's quiz-building layout, while others say free access has limited features or question-writing options, or that they could not complete an activity without paying.

What concerns do reviewers raise about paid plans and pricing?

Some reviewers say features they wanted required a higher-priced plan, and that plan differences were difficult to assess. Others felt the cost was not worthwhile for their use. A reviewer who liked the quiz-making tools still cautioned that choosing a plan required attention to what was included.

What do reviewers say about customer support?

Some reviewers report quick, helpful responses and say support resolved an issue. Others describe difficulty finding someone to contact, particularly when they had account or subscription problems.

Do reviewers report problems cancelling or being charged?

A few reviewers describe difficulty cancelling, continued or attempted charges after cancellation, or being billed for a plan that did not match their needs. Other reviewers express frustration with the available options for changing or downgrading an account.

Are there limits on quiz content or customization?

Some reviewers mention limits on the number of questions or the space available for writing questions and answer choices. One reviewer also wanted to upload and keep personal photos for use in quizzes.

A livelier lesson

The lesson felt livelier once the quiz began; learners were keen to join in, and reviewing material felt fun instead of routine.

I was incorrectly billed for 5 team instead of 1 account

I was incorrectly billed for a 5 team workspace when I am one individual. I did not realize this error in the 14-day window allotted for refunds so I have to accept that I paid $261.22 instead of $59.98 for one account. There is no way to downgrade my account on my own to avoid being charged 5x for one account again. So now I am forced to create a new account (when I have literally dozens if not hundreds of kahoots on my old account).

Clear enough to get started

The editor's clear layout made it easy to build a quiz without much trial and error. I liked having the tools in one place, though the plan choices took a little attention before I knew what was included. Still, creating a quiz felt approachable on the first go.

Yo he utilizado kahoot desde 2021

Muchas gracias.
