Weak magnet
The magnet barely held anything, and getting a refund was a hassle. Not what I expected.

No clear updates
Tracking stayed vague for ages, and I had to keep asking for news. The long wait made the whole thing frustrating.

Could not hold a hat
A useless hat clip. It could not hold even a light hat, and the refund response was unhelpful.

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. Got the Hat Clip and like others have said it wouldn’t even hold a hanky . Have been trying to get a refund , they keep saying they have refunded me and their leader is not giving any more . Yes they did refund me $3.05 . What a joke .

I⭐️ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Product & Customer Service
I⭐️ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Product & Customer Service I purchased the Adventure Magnetic Hat Clip and unfortunately the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Product quality: The clip simply does not work as advertised. It’s marketed as a magnetic hat holder, but the magnet is far too weak to actually hold a hat. I provided a video to the seller showing exactly how the hat falls straight off — it’s clearly not fit for purpose. Shipping experience: The item took nearly two months to arrive, despite a quoted shipping time of around 15 days. Tracking stalled for weeks with no updates, and I had to repeatedly chase the seller for any information. Customer service: This was the most frustrating part. Even after showing clear proof the product doesn’t work, the seller repeatedly refused a full refund. Instead, they offered $3, then $5 “compensation,” despite advertising a 15-day money-back guarantee on their own website. They insisted that I return the item to a warehouse in China at my own expense (which would cost more than the product itself). It took multiple emails, escalating the issue, and referencing PayPal before they acknowledged the complaint at all. Overall: – Product doesn’t work – Extremely delayed delivery – Customer service is evasive, unhelpful, and does not honour their own guarantee I would strongly recommend avoiding this product and this seller. The item is not fit for purpose, and the support experience has been frustrating from start to finish.

Havegather Magnetic Hat clips
The company Havegather advertises these as very strong magnetic hat clips that will hold heavy western hats. The magnets are so weak they will not even hold a light baseball cap. When I contacted the Chinese company for a refund they refused. Denying their advertising video was false and misleading false and that the goods were fit for purpose.
