How quickly do orders arrive?

Many reviewers describe fast delivery, sometimes within a day or two. Others simply report that orders arrived on time, though experiences may vary.

What condition are used games and consoles usually in?

Many buyers say their items arrived clean, working, and in better-than-expected condition. However, some reviews describe visible damage or an item that did not match expectations, so condition reports are not uniformly positive.

Do reviewers consider the prices reasonable?

Many buyers appreciate the prices for used games and equipment. Some sellers, however, say offers for their items were lower than expected or changed after discussion.

How do reviewers describe selling a device to GooHoo?

Positive accounts mention quick responses, acceptable offers, and prompt payment. Some sellers report a lower offer after an initial agreement, so experiences with the final valuation are mixed.

What do reviews say about returns or incorrect orders?

Some reviewers describe a smooth return, while others report having to send an item back themselves or being dissatisfied with the process after receiving the wrong product. One buyer also described waiting through checks before a replacement or refund.

Is customer service helpful?

Many reviewers describe quick, friendly replies and efficient help with questions or small complaints. A smaller number report unclear communication or feel their concern was not addressed usefully.

Are surprise packs a good choice?

Reviews are mixed, with some buyers reporting repeated games or contents they considered poor value. The limited feedback does not establish what a typical pack contains.

Really pleased with how clean the item looked. Buying secondhand felt a lot less uncertain when it arrived looking so well cared for.
