Getting the server set up was straightforward, and the control panel made the basics easy to find. Changing settings could be a little slow to register, so I had to double-check a couple of inputs. Once I got used to where things were, it was manageable; the panel is the one part that could feel snappier.
Great support, easy modpack installation
I looked into the company after seeing them on LowEndBox... Server pricing seemed good. But not detailed on the limits. Opened chat (which opens a ticket) and asked a question regarding the network and they responded with a generic canned response again with no details. So I wrote back asking for clarification. They closed the ticket permanently. Not a good way to handle a potential new customer. I run over a dozen servers and have plans to order 10-12 more in the next year but if they cannot even answer basic questions, they are not the host for me.
This was going to be a 1 star review, until the Live Chat Agent Sam connected with me. I had endless problems within the first 2 days, my modpack was not generating any structures in the world, after 6 different live chats which just close themselves, messages being ignored and not help given I was ready to request a refund for my server and go back to my usual provider. Then Sam entered the Live Chat. Within 30 mins the issue was fixed, and everything was working perfectly. Sam, you are a legend! The live chat system on the website is dreadful, and they do not discuss things via email currently (despite there being an option to input your email and have them email you back) and doing anything else on the webpage will just end the chat meaning you have to start over again, as it seems no information of these chats is stored and you have to relay all the information again.
Nice to have a server that feels affordable for occasional sessions; picking extra hardware could come with clearer billing details, though.

Just my personal experience. I used for ATM10 for 3 people and we did have a high level server as we like to do a lot of automation. We had a few issues with things that seem to be specifically related to server side mods involving terrain, structures and chunk loading. We were able to find the cause pretty quickly reaching out to their support and they were extremely knowledgable about both servers and the mod pack which made diagnosing so much better. After all was resolved I was hospitalised and reached out to support yet again as it meant I lost a week of play time and the legends were able to gift me that week back as a 1 time gesture. Support has consistently been 10/10 the server itself was also 10/10 after resolving this issue. I'm sure we went overkill with our package so I can't speak to whether thats why the server felt so smooth but it's the best experience ive had playing ATM outside of local hosting. My singular criticism would be that without an offer pricing seems high, but for the quality and how storage, ram and hosting prices are atm im not suprised. In future I will reuse them - either with an offer and getting a powerful server or try a more suitable server. Still a 5/5 thankyou guys so much. ( specifically shouting out Dennis for his sympathetic nature and help, Mira for there help with the chunk loading and Sam for their help with the structure generation)
