A un passo dalla truffa...

Do una stella perché non posso dare meno. Completo un ordine di più di 200€ sul loro sito il 3 agosto, poi vedo che sono in ferie fino ai primi di settembre e quindi aspetto. Dopo quasi una settimana dal loro rientro dalle ferie ancora nessuna notizia e mi decido a scrivergli. La risposta che ottengo è che piano piano in ordine di acquisto stanno evadendo gli ordini di agosto. Dopo un'altra settimana mi faccio risentire perché 2 settimane per evadere gli ordini di 3 giorni mi sembrano un po'troppe. Questa volta la scia è che ci sono stati un po'di cambi nell'organico dell'azienda e quindi le cose vanno lente, ma riceverò tutto a breve. Dopodiché, altre mail sono state scritte ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta!!! Pessimo servizio davvero! Tra poco partirà una denuncia!

Truffa

ATTENZIONE sono dei truffatori non comprate, cerco di contattarli da mesi per un mio ordine che non hanno mai spedito, la mail non esiste, al telefono non rispondono e nemmeno sui social. A quanto pare leggendo i commenti su FB non sono l'unico.

Inaspettatamente pessimo.

il 24/07/22 effettuo un ordine da loro. il giorno seguente mi comunicano che sfortunatamente uno dei prodotti non era disponibile, ma che lo sarebbe stato a breve e mi avrebbero spedito in agosto. Ad agosto vanno in ferie. A settembre, dopo un sollecito, mi dicono che hanno appena riaperto e serve tempo. Seguono altre 3 email. siamo al 18 settembre e non hanno più risposto. Contestati tramite Paypal.

Great choice and good prices. I wish they had a better search engine though. Also, some games I ordered took a while to arrive, but it was marked at the time I bought them so I thought it was a fair treatment.
