Good sound, gone too soon

The headphone sound was genuinely good, and I was sorry to see that model discontinued. Lovely listening, but a shame it’s no longer available.

Frustrating support

Frustrating when a setup question turns into a support maze. I couldn't get clear guidance, and it left the device much harder to use than it should be.

no compraré mas un producto logitech

Acabo de comprar un teclado, pido asistencia tecnica para saber como activar la touchpad y despues de chatear me pasan con un ingeniero para resolver la duda y me hacen pagar 1€... pero que verguenza, tan solo para decirme donde esta la tecla para activar,,, no volveré a comprar nunca mas un producto logitech

Bought several cameras 6 years ago

Bought several cameras 6 years ago. They were excellent at the time but 2 have now broken. It is proving impossible to cancel the subscriptions. The Customer service is utterly useless. They told me to cancel on the website which you can’t. They then told me to provide the order numbers of the cameras i bought 6 years ago. The telephone number on their email doesn’t work. Was once a great company, utterly terrible now. Avoid at all cost.

El servicio de atención al cliente es…

El servicio de atención al cliente es nefasto, un bot que funciona fatal, y servicio de atención ubicado en otro pais que no se esfuerza mucho en entender lo que le dices, tengo unos g935 que me dejo de funcionar en 6 meses y no consigo que se hagan cargo

Logitech... great tech!

I really like Logitech. I think they produce some amazing products for the entire digital ecosystem. Their keyboards and mouses are just the tip of the iceberg. And they benefit people no matter if they are a gamer or artists or work remotely.

Totally useless instructions for X52…

Totally useless instructions for X52 HOTAS Flight Stick which considering how long they have been making them is astounding. No instructions and where to get Profiles Files, where and how to install them, etc. New stick totally useless with out them. This is a terrible company which is sad considering how long they have both been around. Useless Support nothing in 72 hours by email and phone is a total waste of time.

Latest Logitech Vertical Mouse Was Dreadful

Bought their latest mouse the Lift Vertical Ergonomic mouse. Simply did not work. No smooth scrolling and tracking speed was significantly slower than settings in Mac apps. Spent two hours on chat tech-support to no avail. Was assured someone would get back to me to resolve my problem. Have not heard a word. We will be returning. This mouse is not ready for prime time, nor is Logitech customer tech support.

It is very hard to return a product

It is very hard to return a product. Been waiting for days to get a very vague reply. Tried to call and email but I still don't know how to return the product. It feels like they're waiting as long as possible so that it's +30 days and can't return it anymore. Very bad customer service.
