Still waiting for the game

The game I paid for never arrived, and I couldn't get a reply when I asked what was happening. I backed it because the idea sounded great, so this has been a real letdown. Years have gone by, and the product being discussed now doesn't seem to be the one I originally expected. I just wanted the promised game or a clear way to resolve it; neither happened for me. After so much waiting, I don't feel comfortable trusting another promise from this shop. I'd tell anyone considering it to be very cautious. 😕

They took my money and I got nothing in return. They owe me £120.. and have never responded to my emails requesting a refund.

Empresa de estafadores

Empresa de estafadores, morosos y mentirosos. Desde 2014 esperando un juego que a la postre ni se llama igual, ni ha cumplido con absolutamente nada de lo que prometió.

Lamentable lo de esta empresa y los…

Lamentable lo de esta empresa y los asociados a ella. Porque la culpa la tiene mayormente Dionisio, pero los que han colaborado a su proyecto-estafa también tienen su parte de responsabilidad. Mintió a sabiendas y vendió un producto del cual no tenía licencia ni derechos de autor de ningún tipo. Además hizo cobros extras con la excusa de unos gastos de envío (como si solo quedara el envío por resolver), pero nunca llegó a enviar nada. Han pasado más de 12 años en este proceso.

Son Ali Baba y los 40 ladrones.

Increíble. Nos vendió una reedición de Heroquest y no tenían permiso de su autor ni de la empresa. Cuando Hasbro sacó la verdadera reedición le cambió el nombre "y aquí no ha pasado nada". No ha aclarado nada, sus colaboradores y partidarios son cómplices de la estafa ya que a todo aquél que buscaba explicaciones lo insultaban y humillaban en redes. Por otro lado surgió una asociación que prometía sacar todo a la luz y ante los comentarios fuera de lugar de los jueces que en España no respetan la propiedad intelectual ajena, parece que quisieron coger su juego y salir corriendo, pero desde el juicio donde retiraron la denuncia a cambio de juegos la empresa parece haber desaparecido y no hay actualizaciones ni se ha enviado ni un juego más. Luego están los que ante todo esto, tras 12 años, que le enviase unos cuantos juegos a youtubers antes del juicio y que cesasen de golpe los envíos tras el juicio no lo consideran como acciones para evitar la carcel, cuando queda claro que esta empresa y sus colaboradores son todos unos chorizos y sinvergüenzas. Luego hay tiendas como E-minis entre otras que también salen a defenderlos, que tienen tan poca vergüenza como Dionisio Rubio Gil.

It was supposed to be Heroquest in 2014... today it's just one of the first mega crowdfunding scams, after continuous postponements, lies repeated to exhaustion, fake news from shady third parties. I haven't received anything yet.

Vorsicht Betrug

Ich bestellte im vergangenem Jahr Tseuquest in Deutsch. Bisher habe ich natürlich nichts erhalten. Weil mir das viel zu lange dauert, habe ich die Sendung storniert. Eine Kommunikation fand natürlich nicht statt. Geld ist auch weg. Also wer Geld verbrennen möchte, kann bei diesen Betrügern bestellen.
