Nice surprise, the price was lower than I expected and the game worked without a hitch.
Refunding or gifting a purchase is very easy, simply click a button and no need to contact customer support. Customer support is also very helpful and quick. I had once requested refunds from different authorised Steam key sellers but there was an issue with my card blocking any transactions, so I didn't receive those refunds. Gamesplanet is the only one who took my request seriously and contacted their payment team which were able to provide the ARN of the refund for my card issuer to trace it. I do wish they can send an email to confirm the refund is approved/being processed and support more payment methods like google pay and apple pay.

Really pleased with the support here. A purchase went wrong and the replies were clear, quick, and genuinely helpful, with a resolution that felt fair. That made the whole experience much less stressful than expected. It is reassuring to find a games seller that treats a small problem seriously instead of leaving you to sort it out alone.
Entire customer service team was beyond exceptional and helpful. I was faced with an accidental order and unsure what to do but was beyond surprised to see how great and helpful they were. From clear, speedy and concise communication to providing a resolution that worked for all parties, it's not to see companies that still provide great customer service.
