Really disappointing

Really disappointing to find the item I expected wasn't available and a different product was sent instead. Sorting out the money afterwards took more effort than it should have.

Tracking before dispatch

A tracking number appeared before the parcel had actually been sent, and the order then sat without a useful update. Follow-up messages did not clear things up, which made the low price feel less worthwhile. The biggest problem was not knowing whether the item was available or moving at all.

Tried to give them a chance

I wanted to give them a chance but they honestly screwed me out of my money and time. Dont trust that they have your product in stock, because if they dont have it they will just send out whatever they have and force you to chase after them to get your money back. Terrible experience.

Great prices and fast delivery.

Great prices and fast delivery. Checked out the reviews after I ordered and was pretty worried but they came really quickly. Cant fault anything. Will order more puzzles from them in the future

Consistently Bad

Consistently Bad The first thing they do when you make an order is attach a tracking number, although it will be MINIMUM one week before they lodge the package. Mine arrived about 3 weeks after ordering, with an item missing from the package. Of course there was zero communication about this. I now see this is a very common experience. The company leaves it to you to notice and seek a refund, which will only be partial of course with no shipping refund, even if the bulk of the order is missing. If you are thinking of risking it to save money, I assure you, it is NOT WORTH IT. Even spending $20 extra somewhere else is better than the pain of dealing with these clowns.

Scammer

Preordered two prerelease kit of Final fantasy TCG did not receive any word of it for months after release date, emailed seller multiple times and he lied to me saying he would send soon. I asked to refund he avoided giving refund until i filed a dispute with paypal don't deal with this retard hes a fake business and a scammer
