A good range to browse

A clear heads-up

A useful heads-up before dispatch... An item wasn't available, and I got a message before anything was sent. I could wait for it to come back rather than be left guessing. That kind of clear update made the delay easy to handle, and I appreciated it.

The team was always very responsive…

The team was always very responsive with any questions I had. There was an issue with once of my pieces of equipment. They notified me right away before they shipped. I was happy to wait until it came back in stock.

A better-fit bundle

Really pleased with how easy it was to sort out an upgrade for my rig. The bundle let me choose the wheel I wanted, which made it feel like a better fit than just taking a fixed setup. I had a couple of questions while deciding and got a helpful reply, without being pushed into anything. The gear arrived well packed and everything was there as expected. I did spend a while weighing up the options, but that was on me; the ordering itself was straightfoward. That made choosing feel less like guesswork.

MOZA R9 V3 + SRP2 Pedals Bundle with KS Racing Wheel

After searching around for an upgrade to my rig I found these guys, I had bought the bundle on sale and I like how you can choose which wheel you want as well. Fast shipping, great communication from the seller, the ceo even emails you himself just to say thanks for the purchase. I will be buying my next addition from here in the future.

Fantastic service.

I attempted to purchase a racing frame directly from Trakracer but as I live quite rural they had no postage options. That's when I found GamergearDirect. They claimed they would post it, the postage price was reasonable, the items I purchased were the same price as direct. There was an issue with one of the colour options I had picked not being in stock, I was emailed within 24hours of ordering to resolve. They shipped it out very fast. I had some issues with the courier company but that was in no way related to GGD, I was able to solve these issues myself however, I have no doubt that if I was unable to that GGD would have got it sorted for me. The items arrived perfectly packaged, every item was present with no damage. My only regret was that I did not realise GGD also stocked all of the Moza gear I wanted before I had purchased it directly from China as this would've saved me over 2 weeks in postage times. Again the prices on these items were the same, GGD is just located a lot closer to me. I am here writing this review as I came back to the website to purchase more. I could not reasonably expect any company to have provided a better service than I recieved from GamerGearDirect.
