Game was delayed for 3 days already failed their deadline twice and never responded

Ordered an lego batman legacy of the dark knight copy for ps5 and they failed the deadline 2 times its been 3 days since I ordered it the deadline was delayed because of an small heatwave that wasn't that warm 2/10 would never order again (edit still dont have my game)
