Is installation straightforward?

Many reviewers say setup is easy and quick. Others found the instructions unclear or had difficulty positioning the strings, so installation experiences are mixed.

Do the mounts fit every console version?

Reviews describe successful use with several systems, including Xbox Series X, PS4, PS3 Slim, and some PS5 models. However, some PS5 Disc owners report difficulty getting the strings to fit, so check that the specific mount matches your console version.

Do customers find the mounts secure?

Some reviewers say the mounts work well and feel stable. Others describe a loose fit or worry that a console could slip, so reports on security are not uniform.

How do the mounts look once installed?

Reviewers often appreciate the clean, minimal appearance and say the mounts help keep consoles or controllers off furniture and create a tidier setup.

What do reviewers say about delivery?

Some reviewers report fast delivery, including international orders. Others mention delays, missing parcels, limited tracking, or damaged packaging, so delivery experiences vary.

How do reviewers describe customer service?

Several reviewers praise the support they received, including help resolving an issue and assistance with an order. A few negative reviews express dissatisfaction with the availability of guidance or responses to product concerns.

Do reviewers consider the mounts good value?

Opinions differ. Some reviewers are pleased with their purchase or describe the price positively, while others consider the mounts expensive for what they offer.

more room on the stand

The PS5 is off the TV stand now, so there's more room around the screen. It feels securely held in place.

A cleaner setup...

That slim rope mount keeps the console off the table... the finished setup looks neat without taking over the room.

Controllers have a place

Really pleased with the controller holders; once I figured out how they hang, using them day to day feels easy.

Great product

Great product. Works perfectly for PS5 and it's so subtle. I couldn't be happier.

Billigt skrammel

Do not buy for the PS5 disc version

Do not buy for the PS5 disc version, it will not fit. I've followed both the Danish and English YouTube tutorial to see where I went wrong, but no matter how I did it, the top string is too short. I see it mentioned here and on comments on the video, and the company seemingly does not care enough to react. Either they send out the wrong mapping for the screws on the paper or a too short strings. I have it for the Xbox series x as well and it fits nicely, but the lack of quality assurance I've seen on the PS5 version leaves me wondering if the product is thoroughly tested at all for either. Hopefully this will prompt them to take it seriously.

A total upgrade in our living room…

A total upgrade in our living room where our PS5 is stored. Till now cables were hanging below the tv and the ps5 was held in various objects at a time. Floating Grip is a super simple as a technology yet it is a state of the art idea and implementation. 3 screws and 2 ropes can totally transform your experience. Well done to this Danish company that put the glasses to many manufacturers. I suggest this product to anyone that has his tv on the wall and try to figure out where to put their console.
