I had a good experience with them.

I had a good experience with them. I ordered Steam Controller 2 on September 28. They promised to deliver it in 11-15 working days and I asked them a date and they gave me 16th October. Got it delivered on 16th despite of the issues with courier service they used. Else, I would have got it even on 12th. Also, they had active communication for the entire duration. Please tell them your preferred courier when you book order with them. Also, for each product there could be separate timelines for delivery so what they are claiming on their website may not be true for every product. Confirm before ordering.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, first it took 3 weeks and they send in Tirupati courier service who said they cannot deliver in kodathi which is 3 km from their courier service and they can porter it. Such pathetic service would not recommend to anyone. But their product is genuine only headache i had to pay the porter charges.

Ordered Wolverine PS5 on COD. Did not receive it. They shipped through Bluedart which is usually very efficient and fast, more than a week passed, all the while through following up each day chasing for delivery, they couldn’t even help locate the package and kept giving a Bluedart outlet location that didn’t exist. On the Bluedart website tracking was there, but the outlet did not exist which was weird. I bought it due to the discount they were offering, but now it’s pointless as the 2nd hand market is already below their offer price. Would not recommend them. No money lost, just time and energy chasing them.

Pathetic experience

Pathetic experience. I kept on following up to know status of my order. Person on whatsapp chat had no idea..keep on asking me only and eventually when I said it has been more than 5 working days now, they just returned my money. Highly unprofessional and not recommended to anyone to buy anything from them. They are not dependable. They have no idea about their product and service.
