How do reviewers describe the sabers' quality and performance?

Many reviewers praise the sabers' appearance, solid feel, sound and blade effects, and some say theirs hold up to regular play or dueling. Others report faulty or damaged items, so experiences are not consistent.

Can customers customize their sabers?

Some reviewers describe choosing custom designs and options with help from staff at convention booths. They appreciated being shown how the choices worked and having time to settle on a design.

Do orders arrive on time?

Experiences vary. Some reviewers report timely delivery or receiving orders within a few weeks, while others describe substantial delays, tracking that did not update, or orders that did not arrive.

How do reviewers describe customer support?

Some reviewers report quick replies, useful troubleshooting, and help resolving order or product issues. Others describe unanswered messages and extended waits for promised repairs, replacements, or refunds.

Do reviewers report successful repairs or warranty service?

Some reviewers say their sabers were fixed or supported at no cost, including at a convention. Others report long delays or unresolved repair and replacement requests, so outcomes vary in the reviews.

Are mystery packs worth considering?

Reviewers describe mystery packs as a way to receive an unexpected saber, and some were pleased with what they received. One reviewer reported that one of two sabers in a pack did not work at first, but said support instructions helped get it working.

Do reviewers consider the sabers good value?

Some reviewers say the price felt reasonable for the features, appearance, or quality they received. Others describe paying for orders or repairs that were delayed or not resolved, so value depends on the experience.

Great customer service, since my order's placement I have been sent plenty of emails further explaining their process. I am excited and can't wait to receive my sabers!

Making it my own

Honestly, the custom choices made the whole visit feel special. The person helping us showed how the options worked and was patient while we settled on a design. I liked being able to make it feel personal, rather than just picking the first hilt that caught my eye.

Jedi Redemption

With the new change in management I can say with confidence that DX Sabers is redeeming itself from the negative reputation it had from previous years. I had my first run-in with DX Sabers at the local comic con last year. Under previous management you would have had to go through the legal process to get what they owed you. With the current management I was able to talk to people who are reliable and sent me what I was owed for nearly a year which was a free mystery saber as compensation that the previous management promised due to their actions. Just like Darth Vader on the second Death Star they have redeemed themselves and you can now trust that you can shop without any worry.

I ordered the mystery pack

I ordered the mystery pack, which came with two sabers, and when they arrived, we could only get one of them to work. I emailed them, and they replied the next day, with some instructions on what we could try. It took a couple of days until the daughter could get around to trying their suggestions... but, they emailed everyday, asking how things were going. The daughter was able to follow their instructions, and got the saber working. Timely responses, and helpful suggestions!!

There was some crazy transaction I made…

There was some crazy transaction I made at a con that the people who were repping DX Sabers did. Basically they over promised me. Something took my money then were unable to deliver. I wrote into customer support and they handled it expertly with professionalism and kindness! An important note is that the front facing folks took my payment not out of malice. They were trying to meet my needs but wound up promising outside of their scope. I appreciate the attempt and am impressed DX Sabers delivered anyway! As a consumer I try to buy from companies like this based on their support reputation. And I’m pleased to say they do a great job in that regard!!

Solid and fun

Received a solid saber with great sound and blade effects. It feels sturdy enough for regular dueling, and the whole thing has been a lot of fun.
