Actually poor effort

Actually poor effort. I finally paid shipping and have 26 prizes then I suddenly got banned out of nowhere. Told Id have an answer in 2-3 days it's been 4+ days not even a response back to my messages. I will take this further if not resolved today I have 2 days left of my shipping and would like this fixed. I do not trust you right now. Edit. Still no answer would be nice if they emailed back been nothing but polite. And still treated unfairly. 2nd edit. 7 days later still no answer and multiple polite email asking why and an explanation but refuse to answer. And last day to ship tomorrow and 27 prizes yet no answers no reply. Seems a bit inconvenient why scam me of $6 really $6 none of my friends or family have had this so why me. If $6 is that important to scam off me in a probably very profitable company you should feel embarrassed now. We all actually enjoy playing and watching your videos it's really made me upset to know you or someone there is flatout refusing to reply to me.😭

A fun little diversion

A nice little time-killer. The range of arcade-style games keeps me entertained, and I like being able to play from home whenever I have a few spare minutes. Some rounds feel more luck than skill, so a win isn't a given, but the variety makes it fun to dip back in.

Awesome fun but support is terrible

Awesome fun but support is terrible. Will reply after 3-4 days then not answer again for 3+ days bit stupid. we post our prizes but no answer for days again really slow. But shipping is faster than support haha.

They've lost another well paying customer.

I've spent a lot of money in this game. I wanted to start doing bigger token purchases because I noticed a 30% promotion going on. The code they provide does not work and the math they do for the 30% over the top of what you buy is more like 5 or 10%. I like this game but there's no way to contact customer service because the link doesn't work for me. I'm deleting it because this is BS.

Eaten By Greed and Bad Customer Service

Prizes do arrive and are generally the quality you expect from these kind of apps. My primary issue is with the steadily degrading and misleading promotions. The few games that are eligible for "rewards" for playing them have been steadily decreasing in quantity and increasing in price. Additionally, the company they use for the "Free Tokens" tab (where you play other apps to recieve rewards in ClawCrazy) is incredibly finicky. It pays out only sometimes. Their customer service is generally responsive over very small amounts of tokens caused by issues like machine malfunctions. However, when dealing with larger numbers of tokens that should've been credited to my account through the partnership in their app, I have been ghosted repeatedly. I do truly enjoy this app and have spent plenty of money on it in addition to earning them plenty of money in ad revenue by completing free token tasks. However, after being dismissed and ignored off and on for two months over unrewarded tokens (that I still have not recieved and likely never will), I do not recommend ClawCrazy whatsoever.

Very disapointing

At first everything worked well. The prizes were shipped and arrived relatively quickly. However the prizes were only small amounts. After I started playing more, spending a lot of money and winning significantly more, the shipments suddenly stopped. Even tough I was repeatedly promised that my Winnings would be proritized for shipping, nothing has happened until date. I will not longer play this Game and cannot recommend it to others. It‘s a Scam…

Unable to redeem giftcard

I have been using clawcrazy from past 2 years, previously when I tried to contact customer care they replied quietly within 24 hrs. I am from India and I can only redeem gift cards and they are worth redeeming but from past few days I am facing issue with giftcards. I have enough tickets but I am not able to redeem giftcards. I tried contacting customer care they replied with " we will update soon" but after that i mailed for followup and they haven't replied me since. They refused me a jackpot

They block me and lied about it all. I won 39 gift cards from them and they blocked me for using too many "credit cards" . The cards were all gift cards that I won from them. Customer service is a real pile. Yesterday 8/12/26 they refused me a jackpot after I hit the jackpot and their machine ran out of coins to pay me. they only gave me back what I put in to win it. thanks fraudsters.
