Sent me a completely dead controller…

Sent me a completely dead controller which did not even charge or power up, didn't even bother to test it before sending, and it was supposed to be a "Grade A" condition, I ordered it on an evening so they had all day the next day to test it as they send parcels out after 2pm which is the deadline for ordering, so there is absolutely no excuse whatsoever. I waited in all morning for the parcel and they can't even test something is working before sending it

Initially sent the wrong type of Xbox 360 controller but it was quickly sorted out. The refurbished item looks good and works perfectly.

Bought a PS2 controller from them at…

Bought a PS2 controller from them at their Comic Con booth, took it home and it doesn’t even work. Some of the buttons respond, but all the face buttons don’t work at all. Can’t even get a refund since I bought it from their booth and not the website. Shocking

2 out of 10 figures were having problems

I ordered from them on ebay and they must have been selling some old lego because they were selling some mystery lego figures and when i recived them 2 out of the 10 were very disapointing, one was just some random pieces and the other was severley discolured on one half it was bleached by somthing and i was quite sad

It's an ok store

It's an ok store, but that every time I try to get sennheiser headphones from them, they are always out of stock, really bums me out.

Bought via ebay a Boom 3 speaker

Bought via ebay a Boom 3 speaker. Refurbished condition. Blown away by the excellent price, the packaging and speed of delivery. Communication excellent too. Can't understand the negative reviews tbh. Faultless
