Finding my way around

A bit daunting at first, especially when I was new to setting up an ARK server and couldn't find the right place to change things. The tutorials gave me a starting point, though they didn't cover every question I had. I asked for help and got a patient explanation that made the layout click instead of leaving me to guess. Once I understood where things lived, managing the server felt much less intimidating. I appreciated being able to ask basic questions without feeling silly, and the help was the part that made the learning curve manageable.

Mod updates off my mind

Such a relief not to babysit mod updates; the automatic updates make keeping the server current much less of a chore.

I can't fault this

I can't fault this. downtimes hardly ever happen and should they do, it's usually a world wide thing and the host are on it to do what they can asap. good value for money

Great team to work with

Great team to work with here, when we had an issue they fixed it very quickly and went above and beyond. Easy to deal with and we will continue to use them. Not sure the negative review is real and has certainly not been our experience.

Great service, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Currently host for the server(s) I play ark on and can honestly say that we've never had any issues with quality of service. On the rare occasion something hasn't been quite right with the server the issue has been resolved promptly. I have only positive things to say about the service provided. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend based on my experience so far.

An amazing service

An amazing service, which has allowed our servers that we rent to run 24/7, with issues being fixed even during the host's sleep time just to make sure it's back up and running as soon as possible. They've assured that we have the best experience we could have, with as much access and options as possible. Couldn't have wished for a better server host.
