Great Service + Price

I'm new to setting up servers for gaming and while they have made the process as straightforward as possible I still needed some additional support. The support I was received was both very quick and very helpful. And their prices are great. So I have to give them 5 stars. Our 7 Days to Die server is running great and when I had to upgrade the game from 1.2 to 1.3 it was a breeze. Update: Initial experience with this host was good, as mentioned above, but that experience degraded with time and ultimately resulted in me leaving this host. It might have been a one off situation, but short version of the story: I selected a plan and got a promo based on what they said on their website. But what they said on their website was inaccurate and needed updating, so I had to switch to a different plan to accommodate my number of players (and they subsequently updated their website). But then they wouldn't give me my reoccuring promo.
