The control panel felt straightforward to get around... When I got stuck during setup, someone walked me through it without making me feel silly. That kind of practical help mattered more to me than flashy extras, and the server itself has been behaving well. Glad I picked a host that makes asking a question feel easy.
Really glad the server has been steady for me; I’ve only run into minimal issues so far.
The server performance has been solid, and getting help has been easy when I needed it.
Love this company haven’t had any issues and willing to help. Good business people!
Heroic Gamez is an amazing hosting company with great employees that care about their jobs. Highly recommend!
Joe has been absolutely fantastic at answering any questions and helping with any issues that pop up, servers have had very minimal issues

they are just great, if you need help they are always ready to help you. and they are super fast
I recently discovered Heroicgamez after a friend told me about them, after a bit of debate with myself I decided to set up a Subnautica server. I let them know after I had completed my transaction and it was left pending and within 5 minutes or less they got back to me and immediately helped me get everything set up properly. They communicated through the entire set up and apologized for how long it was taking (not long at all). 10/10 would use them again.
this is the best hosting company i have ever been with. They have worked with me, the CEO is the most respectful person, and the easiest to work with, He helped me develop the server alot, and he's the main reason why my server is taking off!!
