Redemption stalled

My redemption got stuck, and getting a useful answer took far too long. That made the whole experience frustrating.

Still locked out

An account email problem left me unable to get back in, and the replies were automated rather than useful. I’m still stuck, which makes it hard to trust the service. The games may be enjoyable, but getting a real answer matters when access goes wrong.

I do not recommend this casino at all

I do not recommend this casino at all. I was playing, I won, and when it was time to redeem my winnings, I selected the ACH option. To my surprise, I received a $900 payment, they deducted a $45 fee, and then sent the funds as gift cards for some completely random company that they do not even offer on their platform. I have photos showing exactly what the page looked like when I submitted my redemption, and now they are refusing to fix the issue. We are talking about $900. This is completely unacceptable. They are shameless and dishonest. I will never play at this casino again, and I hope others think twice before doing so as well.

This site is a scam site with no real support do not play here I’ve been trying t to update the email to my account now for a full month with no real support but automated ai messges and there is still no step further of me getting into my account I have $500 in my balance and there keeping it from me as we speak only posting this because after a month I’m tierd of Getty g the same fake responses from there support EVERYONE STAY AWAY DO NOT OLAY HERE ( ITS IS A SCAMMM

Extremely shady company to deal with

Extremely shady company to deal with! Before I tell my story, I would advise anyone considering downloading this app go elsewhere, cause they are horrible. The wins are very far and few in between and they don’t honor their bonuses as advertised. So my first issue was with the referral bonus I referred someone to acorn. They downloaded the app. I verified the purchases and basically it’s like a tier reward so to make a long story short the person I referred spent $500 or more on the app and acorn advertises that if they spend $500 or more on the app, you would get a $50 referral bonus well I had to fight way over 3 1/2 weeks in order to get the $50 bonus they owed me. AcornFun then claimed that they originally sent it to my inbox and I didn’t redeem it so it was deleted, which was a lie. It never came to my inbox. That’s why I was reaching out to them regarding it. The second issue my birthday was on August 7 and like most apps once you reach a certain tier level you qualify for a birthday reward. I checked the app on my birthday no reward so I waited till the next day which was August 8 still no reward. I reached out to Acorn Fun asking them where my birthday reward was they replied, advising me of the qualifications to get the birthday reward, which I already know I qualify so I sent them a screenshot of my club status, which is emerald then they got back to me and said oh your account has to be verified. Sent them a screenshot of my account verification mind you it’s been verified for over a year because it was verified when I downloaded the app sent them that all this was on 8 August. So here we are eight days later still no reward acorn is claiming that their escalation team is handling my request and they’ll update me which I never get an update from them. You always have to reach out to them and they give you the same BS line so the bottom line is one you never went on the app. It’s the winds are just terrible and any free coins or bonus rewards they give you you’re not gonna win on it anyway so it’s there it’s useless. I have more than 1 month waiting to…

I have more than 1 month waiting to withdraw $140, they tell me that I have a problem with the bank account number, I ask how I can solve the error and support takes days to answer, so the days go by, I received notifications that they had already unlinked the account, I do the redeem again and it does not work, the truth is that it is disappointing. The support takes too long to answer and does not solve

No good

Yes, I’ve been playing this app for over three years now started out a lot of fun, but it is not so much fun anymore. All they wanna do is take your money and you gonna win anything nothing at all you can’t even win $.10 spins they just want you to keep making deposits and thinking that that’s OK. Well, it’s not don’t waste your money on this app. It is no longer any good

This has many casinos. I have only played these for over a year. Which started off great the redemption took 24 hours, the support was slow. But now they still take your money but ignore you when you contact support and do not send your redemption. I currently have been trying to get my redemption for over 3 days and sent so many emails with zero response. Acorn voyage is who I have put thousands of dollars in to. Now I just wish they would return what I have spent with them and close my account. Very very unhappy with the lack of support and them holding my redemption after spending so much with them.
