The purchase did arrive, but the wait took the fun out of it. A digital code should be the easy part, yet the delay left me unsure when it would come through. It wasn’t the product itself that bothered me; the slow delivery made the experience frustatingly disappointing.
Frustrating... the code took far longer than seems reasonable, and that made me hesitate about buying again. It did arrive eventually, so the purchase wasn't a total loss, but waiting weeks for a digital item is a lot. A more predictable delivery would make a real difference 🙂
It's one of the best sites for buying video game products. Apart from that, it took a long time to deliver.

Greetings, What went wrong is that, the late delivery of the code. It takes a lot of time before coming almost 2 to 3 weeks. Sometimes I get discourage doing for purchasing again, knowing the time it takes.
The slowness of the service is awful. I had to wait 3days to receive the details of my purchase. First time I thought they have stolen my money. If you can make the services a little bit quick than before, that would be cool
