Account hacked back the next day

2nd EDIT: Buyers, just know I submitted concrete proof with timestamps showing the sellers email recovering the account back and Zeus denied sufficiency. 100% concrete proof means nothing to this company since this specific German seller is one of their top dogs. EDIT: I provided screenshots of the account purchased being recovered by an unknown account 30 minutes after setup along with screenshots that the account is inaccessible. Due to me not given an IP address for the changes, you guys rule this out as user error which is pathetic. I did not sign this account over to anyone as it was purchased for my 10-YO son. Feel free to send whatever documentation over when I dispute this charge. I pray no one uses ZeusX for fortnite accounts since you guys really can't guarantee the buyer from being scammed. I've purchased 3 accounts so far from this website. The first account was purchased in 2024 for my oldest son and everything worked well for 6 months and then one day the account was unlinked from Fortnite and all the emails were changed over to an unknown source. I thought it was an outside hacker and ordered my son a new account a few months later in 2025. The 2nd account is still running fine, for now. I bought a 3rd account for my other son 10/15/2026 in the evening and set up the account the next morning around 10:15am. Email was switched over to my email and we loaded Fortnite up to check out the 200+ skins. I left the house and came back a few hours later and noticed I have emails stating the account was reverted back to the seller's email and unlinked from Epic games. I've reached out to Zeusx support and they close the ticket immediately. I've stated that the email that did indeed state MY email was taken off the sold account and reverted back to seller's email was deleted out of my inbox (wow). I sent screenshots to the seller Motoro Shop-92488 and zeusx showing Epic says there was never an account under the email they sent or the one I changed it to. I knew there could be an issue when I logged into the Epic games portal and noticed a parent/guardian email attached to the account that I could not get off in time. 2/3 accounts taken back is not a good investment. Stay away from ZeusX by all means!
