Refund sorted promptly

Wrong game key, but the refund came through right away. A decent way to handle a disappointing mix-up.

A better price

Found a game for less than buying direct, which made the price stand out. The purchase felt simple too.

Key worked but not the right game, full refund given

I bought a game from Zaim Games as it was listed very low compared to other sites, I believed it was an error or too good but decided against common sense and tried it anyway, the purchase was through PayPal so it was secured. The Bad: The wrong key was sent for a different game with a similar name, bit disappointed but not too surprised. The Good: A refund issued right away as i believe the advertised game to be a system error. I would use Zaim Games again, prompt key issued

It's the wrong version

It's the wrong version. You're showing the 2005 game but the key is for the 2012 game.
