That checkout charge
Pretty happy with the purchase, though the extra checkout charge caught my eye. The product arrived as expected, and that part felt straightforward. The main thing I'd change is making the added cost clearer before paying. I still felt good about the purchase, but I'd factor the fee into the total rather than judging by the first price shown. It wasn't a dealbreaker, just enough to stop this feeling like an especially good bargain. I prefer knowing the full cost before deciding, so a clearer total would make the experience feel less uncertain.
