An uneven word list
The English word list feels inconsistent: familiar words can be rejected while questionable ones get through. It makes each move less satisfying.

Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were dissatisfied with the overall experience. A few still describe the word game as enjoyable, with some long-time players valuing the chance to play ongoing matches. Reviewers also mention useful opponent statistics and an in-game chat feature....
Recurring complaints include suspicions of bot opponents and perceived unfair or repetitive letter draws. Many reviewers criticize the word lists for accepting unfamiliar or foreign words while rejecting words they consider valid, and complain about frequent, long, or intrusive ads. Several also disliked the 2025 redesign, saying it reduced the visible playing area or made the board harder to use. Other reviewers report freezing or login problems and say support was unresponsive or unhelpful.

Ugh, the ads are a real drag. Some of the shop promotions look questionable, and the interruptions make it hard to stay focused on a word game. I know free apps need ads, but this much noise around a simple match wears me down.
Too many bot-like opponents. Letter draws feel wildly unbalanced, which takes the fun out of a human word match.
Some Scandinavians shouldn’t produce a word game unless they understand the language of the audience it’s aimed at, which, clearly for the English version, the coder doesn’t. It’s ‘random’ selection of letters certainly isn’t either, frequently being all vowels, no vowels, multiple repeated letters, etc.
I have emailed support and no reply. The only way is to shut the phone down and start again which is ridiculous. Obviously going to have to stop playing unless support decide to reply.
