Prize not available

I recently won a Pokemon Center 30th Anniversary ETB. After the email saying "we aim to action your prize within 1 day" I heard nothing, so chased up after a week. It turns out they didn't have the prize available and have no idea when they'll be able to get any. I'm surprised they are offering prizes that they don't have in hand, but more surprised that there was absolutely no follow up from them on this until I chased. I note they are still offering the PC ETB (they even have several live right now) along with other 30th items that they almost certainly won't have in stock. I requested a change to the cash alternative and had that paid after 3 working days, so I have no concerns about their legitimacy as I won and received a cash payment, but disappointed with the lack of comms and them continuing to offer prizes they can't source.

Entered a warhammer completion, one a spot prize on the raffle and it was dispatched the next day. Clear communication, website is absolutely great at showing your ticket and prize statuses.

I was trying hard to get some Pokémon…

I was trying hard to get some Pokémon 30th anniversary items for my daughters birthday. It was proving impossible. I decided to give it one last shot and bought some tickets. I won an etb. It arrived today. She couldn't wait until her birthday to open it . We had a couple of good pulls. She was delighted :-) . Thank you winwink. Very quick at sending out prizes. Will definitely have to have another go :-)
