ms office 2024 i install issue

Got ms office 2024 but I am not able to install the software on my windows 11 computer. I have every day since my purchase and no success. I have sent an email to ms office team, but no response yet. Just frustrated over the issue.

I lost access to a product I paid for

I am extremely disappointed with WHOKEYS. I purchased a Windows 11 Pro key from them about three years ago. Now that I need to use the key again, the order no longer appears in my account. I contacted them through chat, email, WhatsApp, and Instagram. I sent multiple messages and two emails, and I received no response or solution. From what I was told and from what I have read in other reviews, older purchases are archived and may no longer be recoverable. In practice, this means I paid for a digital product and now I cannot access it anymore. What makes this worse is the complete lack of customer support. If a company sells lifetime or long-term software keys, it should provide a reliable way for customers to recover what they purchased. I am honestly outraged by the way this has been handled. The lack of transparency and the way old orders are effectively made inaccessible feels deeply unfair to customers. Terrible company, terrible support, and a very bad experience overall. I would not recommend WHOKEYS to anyone.

Without a doubt

Without a doubt, Whokeys is the worst company to buy licenses from. Over three weeks ago, they reached out supposedly to 'look into my case,' but it went absolutely nowhere. They started asking questions that had nothing to do with my original review. After I took the time to send them all the evidence, transaction receipts, and bank statements, they simply ghosted me and stopped responding. Don't be fooled if they leave a public comment saying they want to help with your case; it's all just for show. ________________________________________________________________ Sin lugar a dudas, Whokeys es la peor empresa de venta de licencias. Hace más de tres semanas me contactaron supuestamente para 'revisar mi caso', pero no llegamos a nada. Empezaron preguntando cosas que no tenían relación alguna con mi reseña original. Después de tomarme el tiempo de enviarles todas las evidencias, comprobantes de transacción y resúmenes bancarios, simplemente desaparecieron y dejaron de responder. No se dejen engañar si les dejan un mensaje público diciendo que quieren conocer su caso; es pura fachada.
