After my account was compromised, getting useful help was the hard part. The replies felt automated and didn't give me confidence that anyone had looked into the problem. I expected a clearer path to securing things, but was left unsure what to do next. That made it difficult to feel comfortable using the platform.
Wrong age groups, and now chatting feels less safe. The new setup has me uneasy around younger players; it doesnt seem to sort people reliably.
If you are a parent reading this, please if you actually even like your kids read this. If you download this for your kid, they will be glued to their screen constantly and never get off and if you do get them this it should worry you if there on it more that 1hour and 30mins a day and if they say just 5 for minutes or almost done or 1 sec and they do not get off, it's probably because they just started the game and want to finish it. If they do not get off do this go to your Wi-Fi router and unplug it. If you want your kids to play Roblox just know you always have Minecraft as an option or Mario cart. If your kids already hooked delete their account and burn their hard drive and just so you know I know kids who play Roblox in class using a app named Firefox by using a VPN, or opera JX or Nord VPN they access this using Linux. Just know never and I mean never download Roblox.

Unsere neunjährige Tochter wurde von Roblox wegen angeblicher „Cheats und Exploits“ gesperrt – ohne jede nachvollziehbare Erklärung oder irgendeinen Nachweis. Das verwendete Gerät war neu, es wurden niemals modifizierte Apps, Drittsoftware oder Cheats genutzt. Trotzdem hielt Roblox an den Anschuldigungen fest und reagierte ausschließlich mit automatisierten Standardantworten. Besonders schockierend war für uns als Eltern der Umgang mit einem Kinderkonto: keine Transparenz, keine echte Prüfung, keine Entschuldigung – stattdessen pauschale Betrugsvorwürfe gegenüber einem Kind. Als zahlende Premium-Kunden haben wir zudem feststellen müssen, dass man den eigenen Account offenbar nicht einmal löschen kann, ohne zuvor neuen Nutzungsbedingungen zustimmen zu müssen. Auch darauf wurde vom Support nicht ernsthaft eingegangen. Rückerstattungen wurden trotz des vollständigen Vertrauensverlustes pauschal abgelehnt. Der gesamte Supportprozess wirkte vollkommen automatisiert, unpersönlich und verbraucherfeindlich. Für uns ist das Vertrauen in Roblox endgültig zerstört. Besonders Familien mit Kindern sollten wissen, wie mit zahlenden Nutzern im Problemfall umgegangen wird, sodass selbst ein Stern noch zu viel ist!

It also uses profanity, inappropriate roleplay, and manipulative tactics that are not appropriate for anyone under 18. Both my brother and I experienced these messages, and they made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
it is not safe players can have the freedom to play without of fear of being hacked me and other 5 friends i know recently have been hacked and when we went to the support page its an AI saying the same thing over again telling us to create a new account and start afresh and some people can not take the time to do that and the fear of being hacked again is still there due to this many of people have quit the game
This was great, until they ruined it with a single update of removing chat
Roblox, I understand that you thought this was a good update but It really isnt, our safety is in danger even more, and if we are, actual adults in game cant intervene or help in case of manipulation. Please remove this chat feature, it was good before the update, we just need a better Ai or even better, an human, mutiple ones, who are good, to check the chat logs, and way more, there are even more good ideas than mine. This update is doing more harm than good, since this one update ive seen more bad people. Please remove this chat update and bring back old chat, but supervisied. Thank you, please listen to us
The new update is causing many people to quit the game. I'm telling you Roblox, this update is causing more harm than good. The AI doesn't work properly because it puts people in their wrong friend groups. This has also led to people selling accounts with a different age groups on ebay which than makes pedophiles buy them to lure kids and manipulate them. Please Roblox I know you can make the right choice this time and maybe you can work with Schlep since he has many ideas to fix the game
