My story starts with being banned from Diablo IV. There was no absolute reason for this to happen. My account was flagged through an algorithm and software agents. I was devastated when I received the news, Banned! I did not understand why and I reached out to Blizzard several times to be only hit with several walls, "Thank you for contacting us, your ban still holds." I reached out to Unbanster and recieved professionalism, knowledge, and their willingness to see my account get unbanned. It was the simple things such as answering questions I had, attentive listening, and really understanding why this game meant so much to me as my military friends who I only have contact through the game play together all the time and this had been lost. So it was not just a game but an outlet that we all needed. I followed what Unbanster had told me to do and I am very happy to say that today they have got my account unbanned. Blizzard came back and apologized for what transpired so I am very grateful for that and so very thankful for Unbanster. They are a company that I will continue to refer to others in need.
