Looking at 53 reviews, most reviewers were very happy with the overall experience. Many appreciate the affordable pricing, often saying server performance feels strong for the cost, with smooth gameplay and generally stable connections. Customers frequently praise support for quick, helpful replies and hands-on troubleshooting. Some also find the control panel easy to navigate for managing servers and adding mods or plugins....
However, some customers report lag, high ping in particular regions, occasional overloads, or crashes under demanding use. A few describe support interactions as generic or inflexible, and one reviewer said a refund request was closed after a missed response deadline. Some also mention limited setup choices or maintenance-related interruptions.

Really pleased with how straightforward the panel feels. Finding my way around was easy, and getting mods and plugins added didn't turn into a chore. The connection has been steady too, so I could focus on setting up the game instead of wrestling with the controls.
Price and Quality of the servers is generally Good. Some hic ups here and there, but generally quite stable. Also a little limited in the setups you can choose from, but they work fine. 4/5 The real 5 stars are the customer service though, and to such a degree that the review gets dragged up to 5 stars outright again. Out of 4 separate issues, 3 were solved within minutes, even if those same cases took other sites weeks and the 1 that wasn't was a very specific server setup question that happened during a 40 minute server outage.
Simply. Goated.
Good price and helpful customer support
Great and affordable host pricing seen nowhere else on the market. The quality of the server is top-tier aswell as the support team.
Oh, a relief - my modded Minecraft world ran smoothly, and the cost was easy to justify.
Stable Connection and Great Services for the Servers
I've only been using UltraServers for a few days, but so far I've been really impressed. The server runs extremely well with no noticeable lag or performance issues, especially considering how affordable their plans are compared to other providers. I contacted their support before purchasing as I had a few questions, and they responded almost immediately. They were very helpful and answered all my questions without any issues. Overall, I'm very happy with UltraServers so far. The performance is great, the pricing is excellent and their support is quick and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for Minecraft server hosting.
Requested a refund and went through the process of requesting a ticket. Earlier today, I received an email asking for my feedback. Not even a minute later do I receive a second email notifying me that my request was closed because I didn’t respond to their email on time.
Very helpful and fast responses from the staff. Also good performance for the money.
