What a letdown. The contents felt nowhere near worth the price, with cheap-looking items that I had no use for. A mystery is part of the appeal, but getting a handful of low-quality things instead just left me disappointed. I wouldn't spend on another box here.

My medium mystery box for over $139 was filled with less than $50 in merchandise and all China crap that I can't even resell to try and recoup some money. Don't waste your money
No shipping update, no reply. After trying to get an answer, I'm left feeling like the purchase was a waste.
I ordered boxes two of them back in May of 25. I have still not received my boxes I have left several messages I've gotten no replies even though it says I'll receive a reply in my email I've never gotten one both orders have been stuck in the final step awaiting tracking information. It's been too long to do any type of dispute for charges and that's exactly how they get you. I hope this reaches people before they try this biggest scam ever
Wow what a scam! Ordered months ago and paid the premium shipping which states sent no later than 72 hours but it’s been months and I’ve contacted them about refund and cancel order…crickets, nothing! They have not responded to one question about 10-12 times I’ve emailed or called. This company should be ashamed and burned to the ground on the web!
If I could go lower than one star I would. Ordered back in October was updated one time due to an exhausted sku's and they searched for a replacement. As of today still says pending in shipping. No one responds to any emails or request for updates. I have resolved myself to that money just being wasted and gone. I've had more success getting stuff off Temu.
These guys are scammers...$500 worth of orders place August last year (its now Mid April 2026) and nothing. Paid the extra for fast delivery. wont return any emails or chat on the site. Nothing but THIEVES.....
its been almost a year and no box. these folks are out of control That's $150 plus tax flush down the toilet. Because in their web site it clearly says "no refunds". And if you go with the "free shipping" you perpetually get bumped to the back of the line behind all the other customers who paid the we Xtra money for shipping. Its a scam just to get the he box I paid for I gotta shell out more dough. And would if it's all total crap inside the box? I'm so stupid for falling for this insanity.
I have been SCAMMED. Order 3 mystery boxes for grandkids in November 2025, now February 2026 and cannot get any help, only the explanation that they are SO busy! I am still hoping the boxes show up someday as I spent $149.97. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
