Yikes, signing up by mistake was bad enough; I couldn't find a clear way to cancel, and couldn't get useful help, so I had to block my card.

No clear way to cancel

A subscription began when I thought I was opening something else, and I couldn't find a help link to cancel it. I ended up needing to block my bank card. That's a pretty alarming way to discover there isn't an obvious route to sort it out.

Comprei um produto neste site e, após a compra, recebi um e-mail com os dados de acesso à minha conta. No entanto, esses dados nunca funcionaram: não consigo entrar na conta de forma alguma. Tentei ativar a conta por todas as opções disponíveis no site, mas é impossível. Posteriormente, tentei contactar o suporte através dos canais que eles próprios indicam para o efeito (Telegram e Discord), enviando várias mensagens ao longo de vários dias. Até agora, nenhuma mensagem foi sequer aberta e não obtive qualquer resposta. Sinto-me completamente enganado: paguei por um produto, não consigo aceder à conta, não consigo resolver o problema e não há qualquer tipo de atendimento ou suporte funcional.
